My purpose in Life..

If only ‘one’ soul here hears the Truth and turns to Good out of the seeds I have sown, and the rest of the seeds die.. then that for me is worth being rejected, reviled,or attacked.

Mark 4:1-9

He began to teach again by the sea. And such a very large crowd gathered to Him that He got into a boat in the sea and sat down; and the whole crowd was by the sea on the land.

He taught them many things by parables, and in His teaching said:

“Listen! A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.

But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.

Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants, so that they did not bear grain.

Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up, grew and produced a crop, some multiplying thirty, some sixty, some a hundred times.”

And what He was saying is this: “Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear.”

Another translation puts it this way: “Then He said, “Anyone who has ears to hear should listen!”

Mark 4:1020

And when He was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked him about the parable. And He said to them: “Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.” And He said to them: “If you do not know this parable, how then will you know all parables?”

The sower sows the Word. And these are those by the wayside, where the Word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan comes immediately, and takes away the Word that was sown in their hearts. And these are likewise those which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the Word, immediately receive it with gladness; And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time:”

Afterward though, when affliction or persecution arises for the Word’s sake, immediately they are offended. And these are those which are sown among thorns; such as hear the Word, and the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the Word, and it becomes unfruitful. And these are those which are sown on good ground; such as hear the Word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred.”
